ACS offers in-house expertise which allows us to take our projects from the conceptual and design stage through finished construction. In this design/build approach to contracting, ACS uses a team approach, with the team consisting of the project owner and ACS professionals. The team works together in the design, budgeting, scheduling and construction of the owner’s facility. The primary benefit to the design/build method is that it provides for the earliest commitment of guaranteed cost and delivery. Moreover, it allows the owner to deal with one entity, as opposed to many companies that perform a variety of services. Any outside services to be hired are coordinated through ACS, further helping to insure timely and efficient delivery of the clients construction needs. ACS assumes full responsibility for the project, allowing the owner to concentrate on their own individual business matters. Another unique aspect of the design/build method is that construction can actually begin while design is still underway, providing further opportunity for substantial savings in time.
